a treat & my phone
I got this lovely journal and a sampler pack ages ago. It was a gift (so I couldn't show it off), but it has been given, so go check out erin's blog. Her journals are amazing, plus they can be used by lefties. She has a couple really beautiful journals and another sampler set in her shop right now…go fast.
I have to be the world's most horrible cell phone user! The states of my cell phone:
*cell phone is off
*phone is charging, but off (makes my speakers wig out)
*charging and on, but at home when I am elsewhere
*phone has died and lives in my bag for days on end
*phone charges for a week, where I don't even look at it
*once in a very long while I am completely & totally surprised at myself when someone does call and I answer
I missed a visit by my favorite teacher…she was in nyc last week and I noticed I had messages last night…arg!

you are totally describing my cell phone. my phone is always dead or in vibrate mode so i don’t hear it in our house and i always miss calls.
erin’s work is lovely. i really like her lantern cards.

sky bergman is AMAZING!!! how lucky you were to study with her. thanks for the link, wendy. i’m now a BIG BIG fan of her work…i spent quite some time having a look at her website. and p.s. your new banner is terrific!

I love the journal! Lefties, unite! Your new banner is fantastico too. Yes..you and your cell phone… I’m not sure if you have EVER answered when I’ve called. But that’s ok. I still think of mine as some weird creature that makes noise sometimes.

My mobile is constantly in one of those very states too… in fact, I’ve no idea why I bothered to accept an offer for a snazzy little camera one which apparently performs many tricks.
