…painting for friday #4…
I almost thought I wasn’t going to be able to make my goal of a painting a week. It is turning into a painting every Friday. Instead of giving myself a week, I am giving myself a day. But I like the way this one turned out. I also realized that I like very monochromatic things. The paintings I have been doing lately have been in one color family. Wonder where that comes from? As always I would love to hear what you think…

Also I don’t have a name for this one, any ideas just throw them out there (or write them in the comments).

Wendy,
I finally stole a moment to peek at your site a bit more thoroughly! (I promise I’ll return the moment back to where it belongs when I have a surplus of them again!) Thank you for reaching out to me so I could follow you back to your site. It is surprising and delightful. Your work is lovely!
Your painting in a day thing is brilliant. (Geez! I can barely finish a painting a month! Ha ha!)
Anyway - this angel looks like she is taking a moment to make a wish upon one of those shooting stars…Perhaps that’ll help in the title dept?

Wendy,
I love all of your work, but this is by far my favorite, I love this little angel. She is wonderful, I love your painting a week, I just wish I could buy them all.
I am with Mav on the name Into gray. It fits.
