word 9 of 30

transformer (approx 5" x 3.5")
acrylic on board

aurora gave me this word. she is such a special lady…I love the way she uses words. they spin and swirl like her paintings. {her paintings by the way are unbelievable…the internet does not do it justice, the depth and intricacy is breath taking}.

this word came out of a suggestion from a friend. I had a whale sketch and a simple boat sketch, and he said I should combine the two. give the whale the slates of the boat and I liked it. I thought it would work for transformer…

there is so much newness going on in may.

mav has a new photograph and prints project happening tomorrow.

shanna has a lot of new…new website, new blog, and also a new monthly project starting tomorrow.

looking forward to what these two amazing woman have created.
all this goodness happening.
it is going to be fantastic.

***lisa s has a list of even more goodness that I didn't realize was happening***
