I finally
got to see ann's ships in person. Ever since I saw them online I have wanted to see them live. They are more than I imagined. They are fantastic. My photos don't even come close to doing them justice, but here you are. It was so exciting to walk up to tinlark and see her fabulous pieces hanging in their windows.

this ghost ship was my favorite

while the boy was loving this amazingly detailed owl.
I also braved felt club to say hello to jenifer and jaime. Both whose work I love.
I don't know how jenifer did it after a long holiday in europe to make her way not just to california, but to have to drive in la.
I have some pieces of my own that I am really excited about, but I can't show you until I they are more complete. Hopefully wednesday.
have a good monday.

Oh, those ships! They are just so fabulous! They make me think of The Adventures of Baron Munchausen and the book, Voyage of the Basset by James C. Christensen.
