venice
my painting sold
& went to the best home
a friend's home.
i spent the night with amazing friends
my new la crew is pretty awe-inspiring.
thank you all so much.
I am going to be missing in action for about a week. I have a friend coming down and we are going to get some time away. I can't wait. A trip up to slo.
But I will leave you with the magic of the venice canals. briana took me there a couple weeks ago. what an amazing place. it’s like you step into another world. it was like i had taken a deep breath and the world slid back in time for the duration of our walk.
a place where you can row down the canal with your girl
where cats & ducks live side by side
{there is a black cat further down the sidewalk}
where cats nap is the cutest of chairs, and little flower petals shower down.

Thats cool that you sold the painting. I will see you in SLO this weekend. Sure you don’t want to come up to Sac. to help with the move?!

Had so much fun on Saturday - that was a very special evening… special people… West LA burned a little brighter that night (and not just because of Felix from Miami and the hot candle wax episode).
Do you get bored with me saying how amazing your photos are? I’ve taken pix of the canals and they look like photos. You take pix and they look like what if FEELS like to be there. I love walking with you. I love that you live here and that you are my friend.
